Ribbon Cutting at IntraUrbans Southlands

We’re very glad to celebrate the official opening of IntraUrbans Southlands for PC Urban!

PAI provided full architectural services for three striking mixed-use industrial buildings designed for flexibility, visibility, and connection to the evolving neighbourhood in South Van.

The 11,207 m² development responds directly to the site’s natural slope, stepping from north to south to maximize sunlight, open views, and efficient access. A dramatic glazed corner feature creates a bold identity from the street, while expressed concrete, black-framed glazing, and steel canopies reinforce the project’s industrial character.

We were glad to apply our strong history of mixed use design to this great new complex.
