Kori is a managing Principal at Proscenium with over 30 years of experience. His portfolio includes the design and development of a wide range of projects in Western Canada. Educated at the University of Idaho, Kori worked at several architectural firms in the United States and Canada before becoming Principal at Proscenium. Kori has honed a unique and practical understanding of the operation and day-to-day functioning of both professional and academic arts and cultural facilities, including specific technical requirements for a wide range of uses.
In public and institutional projects, Kori's emphasis on uniquely integrating architectural and interior design has led to award-winning creative learning environments such as SFU’s Goldcorp Centre for the Arts and Langara’s Science and Technology Building. Kori’s experience with commercial retail spaces, including mixed-use developments and automotive dealership projects, has given him the ability to work within established design guidelines to successfully deliver projects that meet local regulatory requirements.
