PAI Highlight: Easton Townhomes

We’re excited to announce that construction is starting for Easton Townhomes!

The project for PATH Developments introduces 60 charming contemporary townhomes to the growing seaside development near Victoria, BC. Proscenium is providing full design services (architecture and interior design) for the new family-oriented neighbourhood in Royal Bay.

DESIGN FEATURES

The project creates one, two and three-storey stacked townhomes that are differentiated through material and form, giving each a sense of individuality.

The architectural design takes advantage of the naturally sloped site, establishing a podium language with cantilevered balconies floating above parking stalls.

Stacked units are thoughtfully laid out to maximize livability, including a ground floor unit with a private garden and two upper-level units.

Interiors are inspired by Scandinavian design: sleek and minimal with considered materials to create a sense of balance and calm.

AMENITIES

A central playground serves as a focal point for fostering community activity—with picnic tables, timber trellises, and a children’s play area.

Covered bike storage will include EV outlets and access to a nearby community park and walkway.
