2346 West 4th Ave in for Development Permit

We are glad to be working with Yenik Realty Ltd. on a new commercial building located on the bustling West 4th Avenue in Kitsilano! The project will bring much-needed office and retail space to a lot that has been vacant for over six years.
The proposed two-storey building will replace the existing single-storey building to allow for 7,100 ft2 of new office, retail and restaurant space.
The new design expression activates the street edge with a stylish and varied façade, featuring ample glass, welcoming wood soffit canopies and contrasting dark and white brick cladding.
Continuing the design language from the building next door, occupied by VanCity, the project represents an important next step in the street’s revitalization.
