Pacific Palisades
Built in the 1960s, the iconic towers of the Pacific Palisades are a testament to the timelessness of the International style in Vancouver’s downtown core. Proscenium was retained by Austeville to lead the interior design for the conversion of this complex to rental suites, respecting its modernist roots while updating the interior for 21st century living.

Located in the heart of the Main Street shopping corridor, the Vancity branch at 26th Avenue was in need of updating in terms of visibility, building envelope, and accessibility. Proscenium used the re-cladding of the building as an opportunity to give Vancity a commercial presence at the corner while introducing a visually-appealing and sophisticated design language.
Shine Auto Wash
Featuring the longest car wash tunnel in Western Canada, this state of the art, fully automated car wash facility translates the simple task of washing a car into a spectacle.
