We are very pleased to announce several staff updates at Proscenium!
As a result of their longtime commitment and contributions to the firm, four of our staff members have received promotions. Congratulations to these exceptional team members on this career milestone.
Alissa Foss, Associate, Senior Interior Designer, DID
Alissa Foss has joined the management team in the role of Associate. Alissa is a Senior Interior Designer with over 15 years of industry experience. Since joining PAI in 2011, she has brought significant value to the firm through building long-lasting relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers. Alissa contributes a high level of thoughtfulness and enthusiasm to all her projects.
James Bligh, Associate, Senior Architect AIBC, M.Arch, B.ASc
James Bligh has joined the management team in the role of Associate. James is a Senior Architect with over 11 years of experience. Born and raised in Deep Cove, James’ love for the West Coast informs a multifaceted design career which spans architecture, writing and design. Since joining PAI in 2015, James’ strong work ethic and detail-oriented nature has ensured the highest quality of project delivery.
Michelle Allard, Associate, Senior Architect AIBC, B.Arch
Michelle has joined the management team in the role of Associate. Michelle is a Senior Architect with over 14 years of experience in the architecture and design industry. She joined Proscenium in 2016 and has become a vital part of the architectural team. Michelle is involved in all aspects of the design process, from programming through to construction completion. Her keen attention to detail helps bring out the best of complex projects.
Rachel Maddock, Proposal Manager, B.A., M.A.
Rachel Maddock has been promoted to the role of Proposal Manager. Since joining the firm in 2020, Rachel has been instrumental in shaping PAI’s marketing strategy and brand development. Her professional, creative approach translates big ideas into clear and actionable plans for proposals, marketing, and events.
