The new Volvo dealership in Richmond, BC is the first in North America to showcase the company’s re-branding and green agenda. Proscenium worked closely with the brand designers and Volvo’s corporate guide to apply Volvo’s latest corporate image to this boutique renovation. The project (Proscenium’s fifth for Dilawri Group) transforms an former dealership into a refreshed, LEED-certified commercial/retail facility with offices and a service bay component.
The project’s environmentally-focused aspects include rooftop solar panels, low-emitting finishes, energy efficient LED lighting and water efficient plumbing fixtures. The dealership is fully equipped to serve electric (EV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles with charging stations, in keeping with Volvo’s goal of a greener, electric future for the company.
