Vivid at the Yates

Proscenium provided full interior design services for this new high-rise multifamily condo project in Victoria, BC by Chard Development. The twenty-storey tower at 845 Johnson is the first of its kind to offer subsidized units for purchase in downtown Victoria. Vivid delivered 135 homes to City of Victoria residents at 10% below the appraised market value.

The contemporary design is modern, playful and urban—featuring wood-look vinyl flooring, flat-panel interior doors with modern satin chrome levers, flat-panel matte laminate cabinetry, expansive windows with contemporary roller blinds and a hexagonal backsplash. Colour energizes and pulls the design together; monochromatic finishes make the cobalt blue accents throughout the building pop. A beautiful molo design pendant light in the lobby sheds a soft, cloud-like light to welcome residents to the building.
