Phase 5 East Townhomes

Phase 5 East brings 60 charming new contemporary townhomes to the seaside Royal Bay development in Colwood. One, two and three-storey units differ in material and form, giving each home a sense of character and individuality. The project takes advantage of the natural topography of the site by establishing a podium language among the “isla” units that allows upper floors to stand elegantly above, with cantilevered balconies floating over parking stalls.
