Cochrane Arts Centre Feasibility Study

Working together with the Town of Cochrane and the Arts and Culture Foundation Cochrane, Proscenium developed a detailed functional program, operational requirements and potential locations for a new community-based arts centre. To help the Town realize their vision, the project team compiled a project implementation strategy, schematic design drawings and artistic renderings for the proposed building inspired by the local landscape and its ranching and industrial heritage. The team identified 6 potential sites for the new facility, and prepared conceptual diagrams for the 2 most likely options. The study recommended a 450-seat theatre and a community art gallery.
