After working with Austeville on many varied projects over the course of a decade, we were excited to undertake the design of their head office in 2012.
The project transforms a 1970s office building into a new corporate headquarters. Renovations to both the interior and exterior are designed to reflect the client’s professional image. Warm materials and clean lines led the design of the space, as well as the desire to create a space that had a sense of permanence while still being flexible for future growth and change. Offices feature floor to ceiling windows taking advantage of city views and bringing an abundance of natural light into the core of the building. The original wood structure was exposed and restored, bringing texture and warmth as well as a bit of history to the otherwise modern space.
