Originally home to a one-storey sausage factory, 3593 Main St has been transformed into a vibrant retail destination on one of Vancouver’s most sought-after commercial strips. Completed in 2018, Proscenium’s extensive renovation of the Mosaic Homes-owned building gave the industrial structure a fresh, contemporary aesthetic while preserving the character that makes Main Street so distinctive.

The adaptive reuse project delivered three new commercial/retail units alongside one restaurant space, now home to a curated mix of tenants. 3593 Main St stands as an example of how thoughtful renovation can honour a building’s industrial roots while giving it new life as a destination that reflects the energy and character of the neighbourhood around it.
