2735 East Hastings

Proscenium is providing Interior Design services on an exciting new residential project for Chard Development located at 2735 East Hastings. The six-storey multi-family residential building, designed by a local architect, will provide rental units for occupants in the growing Hastings Sunrise neighbourhood of Vancouver. Proscenium is working with Chard to design one-to three-bedroom layouts, interior finishes of suites and common areas. The building will add 70 market rental homes to the area, with retail units at grade.
