1050 Yates Interiors
1050 Yates Street is a prominent new residential and mixed-use development in Victoria, BC providing purpose-built rental accommodation to the community. In 2023, Proscenium was engaged to provide full interior design services for a 25-storey tower on Yates and a 15-storey bar building fronting on Cook Street.
The sustainably-focused project will target LEED Gold certification. In addition to creating upwards of 488 new homes, 15,000 ft2 of retail will be provided on the ground floor for local businesses. Robust market-leading amenity floors are designed to enhance the lifestyle and well-being of residents.
