Proscenium’s second project with Mosaic Homes, Williams at 8031 Williams Rd brings a thoughtfully designed four-storey mixed-use building to one of Richmond’s most connected neighbourhoods. Located kitty-corner to the thriving Broadmoor Neighbourhood Centre, the development pairs vibrant ground-floor commercial space with much-needed market rental housing above.

The project features over 7,000 square feet of community-serving commercial retail space at grade, designed to complement and enhance the surrounding area. Above, three storeys deliver a mix of one- and two-bedroom rental homes, supported by rooftop amenity space, surface parking, and a dedicated ancillary bike storage building.
