Bella Park

Proscenium is glad to be providing interior design services for a new residential development in Royal Bay, Colwood on Vancouver Island. “Bella Park” is comprised of four 4-storey market condo buildings that share a central mews and luxury clubhouse amenity building. The design centres on flexibility, a healthy lifestyle, and affordability.

Bella Park represents nature-inspired West Coast design with a modern touch and minimalist sensibilities. Interiors feature high-end finishes and thoughtful layouts that balance form and function for long-term owners. Two finish packages for the units (made up of studio, one and two bedroom homes) offer a sophisticated dark scheme or a soft, neutral light scheme with warmer tones to promote a sense of calm and wellness. Kitchens and bathrooms are energized by large-format backsplash tile with terrazzo-inspired patterning, with visual textures that reflect the stunning geography of the coastline.
